Originally from Wellington, Caity moved to Wanaka in 2014 and never looked back. She has firmly established roots and proudly calls Wanaka home.
A true people person, Caity thrives on organisation and is passionate about creating positive experiences while delivering strong results for both landlords and tenants. With extensive knowledge across all aspects of property management, she manages a diverse portfolio of long-term and seasonal properties.
Her commitment to exceptional service was recognised when she was awarded Bayleys Central Otago Property Manager of the Year in 2023 & 2025.
